Who we are

Founded in 1994, Certain Software Inc. is a privately held corporation, headquartered in San Francisco, California. We have offices worldwide in the United States, Europe and the Pacific Rim.

We serve over 1,800 customers in 50 countries, processing more than 8 million registrations annually. Certain’s event management solutions support a full range of events – from small meetings and educational sessions, to large conferences and world events, including the United Nations World Summit and the Olympics.
